Freedom Denied: Japanese American Internment

In this articale, I could see both point of views as how this was a good idea and a bad idea. From the American stand point, they were unaware of spies and things like that. Their solution was internment camps. This was bad because the Japanese were also Americans. They had as many rights as anyone else in America. Although, America saw Japan as racists and a violent place. They could not have people like that in their counrty unless certain that the people were True Americans. So from the Japanese point of view this was cruel and not necissary. They saw themselves as Americans and watched as their people turned heads around them. It was probably not the best solution, but at the time it was America's solution.
